Official Letter N° 172/2021 – Update of the SAR measurement to 15mm
On September 13, 2021, the National Telecommunications Agency – ANATEL published Official Letter No. 172, which updates Act No. 1630/21, establishing the maximum permissible distance of 15 millimeters throughout the performance of the product compliance tests for SAR.
Act No. 5701 – Updates Act No. 4088
On June 29, 2021, the National Telecommunications Agency – ANATEL published Act No. 5701, which deals with the inclusion of item IV in item 5.2.1 to Act No. 4088/2020, which will come into force with the following wording.
ACT No. 5205 – Approval by Declaration of Conformity with ANATEL Brand
On July 9, 2021, the National Telecommunications Agency – ANATEL published Act No. 5205, which establishes the rules and documents for evaluating the conformity of products by the evaluation model by Declaration of Conformity with the Anatel Brand.
Act No. 4521 – PROCEDURE FOR IMPORTING TELECOM PRODUCTS
This procedure establishes conditions for the importation of products for telecommunications with compulsory approval by ANATEL, with the following purposes:

Official Letter No. 102 of 2021 was published by the National Telecommunications Agency – ANATEL on June 22, 2021, which deals with Guidelines on remote auditing and remote monitoring of the performance of laboratory tests.
