ACT No 1306 – Updates the Requirements for Restricted Radiation Equipment
The National Telecommunications Agency – ANATEL published on February 26, 2021, Act No. 1306 that approves the updating and inclusion of new technical requirements from Annex I to Act No. 14.448, of December 4, 2017, which contains the Technical Requirements for Conformity Assessment of Restricted Radiation Radiocommunication Equipment.
ACT No 77 – Cybersecurity Requirements for Telecommunications Equipment.
ACT No. 77 will enter into force in July 2021 and after its validity, all products that have the function of terminal equipment with an Internet connection or of telecommunications network infrastructure equipment must present a declaration by the interested party stating the requirements listed in this document product and its supplier meet.
