Among these guidelines, there is guidance about the Declaration of Origin that must be provided to the Designated Certification Body (OCD) to monitor which samples will be submitted to tests and how they must be identified to comply with the Regulations. It&#8217;s important to emphasize that that failure to comply with the guidelines will cause the rejection of the samples by the test labs, preventing the conclusion of the project by the OCD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For additional information, we&#8217;re making available the full content of the guidelines:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1ImW3iMpAr-l0EoJS-muS8N7aMegIWK4p\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Act No. 4083<\/a> <\/strong><\/li><li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1XkB18M-oqSR1R4LJw5Q2bQnxiYfYXfh3\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Official Letter 45<\/a><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>WE HAVE PREPARED A SUMMARY OF THE MAIN INFORMATION:<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Send the Declaration of Origin to the OCD:<\/strong>&nbsp;Master will provide the declaration template that must be filled out, containing information about the manufacturing unit in which the sample was produced and traceability of the sample that will be made available to the laboratory for testing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click on the link to access the declation template: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1UNc1aYLzrib_uoiAcIGwSsRdvOvGzKnW\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Declaration of Origin<\/a><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>IMPORTANT:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/span>The declaration must be sent to the OCD&nbsp;<strong>before<\/strong>&nbsp;sending the samples to the laboratory!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sample identification:<\/strong>&nbsp;The samples sent to the laboratory must contain the minimum information required in Act No. 4083 and Official Letter 45 issued by ANATEL<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp; 1. Manufacturer (or Brand) Name<br>&nbsp;&nbsp; 2. Model Name (must be the same model identified in the commercial proposal and test plan)<br>&nbsp;&nbsp; 3. Country of origin<br>&nbsp;&nbsp; 4. Traceability (inform the OCD, how the plant tracks its production per unit produced.
