{"id":3163,"date":"2021-06-16T15:34:42","date_gmt":"2021-06-16T15:34:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/designsacchi.com\/master26\/?p=3163"},"modified":"2021-08-27T16:44:02","modified_gmt":"2021-08-27T16:44:02","slug":"ato-3939-anatel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/designsacchi.com\/master26\/en\/ato-3939-anatel\/","title":{"rendered":"Act No. 3939 &#8211; Procedure for Approval by Declaration of Conformity"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On June 1, 2021, the National Telecommunications Agency \u2013 ANATEL published Act No. 3939, which approves the Operating Procedure for Approval of a Telecommunications Product by Declaration of Conformity with a Test Report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Operating Procedure establishes the rules and documents for the conformity assessment of telecommunications products by the assessment model by Declaration of Conformity with Test Report, as provided in the <a href=\"https:\/\/designsacchi.com\/master26\/en\/resolutions-and-acts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Regulation for Conformity Assessment and Approval of Telecommunications Products and in the Reference List of Telecommunications Products.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The rules are applied to Applicants for approval of telecommunications products by Declaration of Conformity with Test Report and to Test Laboratories, in the exercise of their functions as agents in the conformity assessment process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The conformity assessment model established in this Procedure applies to products intended for sale or import for use by the importer itself in the provision of telecommunications services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Access the regulation in full and stay on top of ANATEL&#8217;s guidelines. <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Below we have prepared a summary for you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Resolution 715: <\/strong>It is the new resolution that structures the entire model of Certification and Homologation in Brazil, revoking Resolutions n\u00ba 242 and Resolution n\u00ba 323.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">LINK<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1UaO0oPJ-HNwEnGi2UZlk8QmqfH8ZKHT6\/view\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Resolution N\u00b0 715<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">Regulation for Conformity Assessment and Approval of Products for Telecommunications<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<strong>Act n\u00ba 7280:<\/strong> Informs which products are subject to Certification \/ Approval and the conformity assessment model for each type of product.
