The National Telecommunications Agency – ANATEL published on June 16, 2021, the procedure for assessing the conformity of products intended for the Radio Amateur, Citizen’s Radio, Aeronautical Mobile and Maritime Mobile (VHF) services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the entry into force of the new Reference List of Products for Telecommunications, approved by Act No. 7280, of November 26, 2020<\/a>, it was established in its Note 2 that the products used for the aforementioned services may be approved by Declaration of Conformity, as established in the Operating Procedure for Approval of Telecommunications Products by Declaration of Conformity, approved in the annex to Act No. 3939, of June 1, 2021.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the procedures described in Act No. 3939\/2021, the rules in force for the approval of products intended for these services, described in the Guidelines for Approval of Products Intended for Radio Amateur, Citizen’s Radio, Maritime Furniture and Services, must be observed.
