PROCEDURE FOR IMPORTING TELECOM PRODUCTS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On June 21, 2021, the National Telecommunications Agency \u2013 ANATEL published Act No. 4521, which approves the Operating Procedure for Importing Telecommunications Products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This procedure establishes conditions for the importation of products for telecommunications with compulsory approval by ANATEL, with the following purposes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a) Import of approved products for use and commercialization purposes;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b) Import of products for own use;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c) Import of product samples for conformity assessment purposes;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">d) Import of products for demonstration purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Access the document in full: Act No. 4521 &#8211;
