{"id":3980,"date":"2021-12-01T20:12:49","date_gmt":"2021-12-01T20:12:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/designsacchi.com\/master26\/?p=3465"},"modified":"2021-12-01T20:12:49","modified_gmt":"2021-12-01T20:12:49","slug":"oficio-233-21-anatel-prolong-deadline-for-maintenance-without-tests","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/designsacchi.com\/master26\/en\/oficio-233-21-anatel-prolong-deadline-for-maintenance-without-tests\/","title":{"rendered":"Craft 233\/21 | ANATEL extends deadline for maintenance without testing"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ANATEL published Letter No. 233 on November 26, 2021 informing the extension of maintenance without testing until July 31, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Considering the permanence of the state of public health of international concern, resulting from coronavirus (COVID-19), the deadline established in Office no. 233\/2021\/ORCN\/SOR-ANATEL is extended to<strong> July 31, 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>It is authorized to carry out the maintenance activity of the<strong> Certification only with the presentation of the declarations applied to the maintenance period<\/strong>.\u00a0<ul><li>The submission of test reports and any other documents shall be waived.<\/li><li>The exemption in question shall be made upon presentation of the declaration of the applicant for the cervification, informing the difficulty of having those documents due to the pandemic.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The extraordinary exception for maintaining the certification applies only to products whose validity period of the OCD Certificate of Conformity expires by 31 July 2022.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The exemption from the submission of the test report shall not apply to<br> products which failed during the performance of the tests in the last conformity assessment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is exceptionally authorised to carry out remote audits by the OCDs in manufacturing units and testing laboratories, in the sub-instruction of face-to-face audits, as well as the remote monitoring of laboratory tests that are not third party accredited or evaluated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Access the full document: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1uKS7JQ1ymXRCHniq_8AlxgAPdf25nOd7\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">233\/2021\/ORCN\/SOR-ANATEL<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ANATEL published Letter No. 233 on November 26, 2021 informing the extension of maintenance without testing until July 31, 2022.
