On March 20, 2024, the National Telecommunications <\/strong><\/a>Agency (ANATEL) published Official Letter No. 100\/2024 with clarification on the scope of cybersecurity requirements for CPE equipment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the scope contained in item 1.1 of the Annex to Act No. 2436\/2023, these requirements apply to CPE equipment used by the general public to connect subscribers to the Internet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
